SOPFIM’s Strategic Plan 2023-2025 is essential for the organization’s sustainability over time by dictating where it wants to go and establishing the steps to follow to get there. Strategic planning is not a one-time project, but an evolving one. SOPFIM has therefore embarked on a major project, that of forging the organization to face the future challenges it will have to meet. The four main strategic axes will therefore become organizational priorities to which actions and decisions must be directed.
